BDC Representative

Immediate opening for BDC Agent in our Business Development Center.  We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic to join our growing BDC. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Set appointments for our customers to meet Product Specialists to test drive vehicles.
Make 100+ quality outbound phone calls daily.
Meet or exceed minimum set and showed appointment goals daily.
Utilize CRM email to reach customers without phone numbers.
Learn and follow our scripted process for making and receiving phone calls.
Respond to customer emails return phone calls immediately during scheduled hours.
Record all work inside our CRM (database) and customer mining tools.
Learn the basics of the Ford Line.
Study, learn and maintain knowledge of internal systems and company policies.
Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, systems, products and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintain an excellent phone presence.
Great Customer Service Skills & a willingness to go that "extra mile".
The ability to communicate effectively with our customers and prospects via phone and email.
The ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills are required.
Language Ability: Read, type and understand proper grammar in written/typed communication.
Mathematical Skills Ability: Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide so that you can understand, interpret, and communicate Vehicle Pricing and Manufacturer Incentive Programs. Calculate discounts, difference figures and required pricing as outlined by the manufacturers.
Reasoning Ability: Apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished verbally, in writing or via electronic communication.
You must have and maintain a great attitude to be successful in this position and possess the ability to stay motivated throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Automotive Sales, Call Center, Phone Sales and/or BDC Experience preferred but not required.
Prior experience with Vin Solutions, Auto Alert and the Ford Line is a plus!
Bi-lingual is always a plus!
COMPENSATION:
This position pays an hourly wage and bonuses on showed appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours a weekly: Hours: Three days a week: 8:30 am - 6pm and at least two Saturdays a month from 8:30 am - 6 pm.

A minimum of two mid-day shifts are required: Mid-day shifts are 11 am - 7 pm, (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Service Technician

Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles.
Duties:
* Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
* Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
* Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
* Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
* Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
* Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
* Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
* Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
