Like most of you, Don Hinds Ford has spent the last several days and weeks learning about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), how it may impact our community, and how we can do our part to prevent the continued spread of the virus.


Our employees get up every morning and go to work with the intent on delivering top-notch customer service to you, our loyal friend.


Our number one goal is to keep our employees and customers safe. During this time, Don Hinds Ford has taken the following actions:


  • Greetings - while we've been greeting customers with a handshake and smile for 66 years, we've asked our team members to suspend the handshake for now. (We'll keep the smile!)
  • We are taking extra measures to disinfect our facilities by performing continual sanitation, using commercial grade disinfectants.
  • We have installed hands-free sanitizing dispensers throughout our facility.
  • We're placing steering wheel covers on all guest vehicles in for service. 
  • We are sanitizing all loaner vehicles during customer hand-off
        o   Steering wheels, shift knobs, radio controls, etc.
  • We have cancelled all company travel and attendance at large group meetings.


For your convenience, we offer several avenues of doing business for those who choose to limit their time at the dealership, including:

  • Scheduling a sales, service or collision repair appointment online or by phone.
  • Our staff can pick-up your vehicle for service, then drop it off when completed.
  • You can purchase a part online or over the phone.
  • You can get approved for financing using our website application.
  • You can even purchase a vehicle for home delivery!


We'll continue to take whatever steps are necessary to assure your health and safety are protected.
